The building was initially developed by a subsidiary of MBF group but the project went to a halt during the economic crisis & abandoned in 1995. The project was later revived by Binastra Group which completed the project within a shorter than expected time period. Only 6 months to be precise. Binastra group originated from a construction company back in 1979 & come into the development limelight with great track records.
